The banner is good, But you need to link your banner to the forum home.

Remove "
Forums Megaupload is a online sharing community with all the latest entertainment."
And add it to your banner itself.

Add a link to your register now image

It should link to: http://forumsmegaupload.net/ucp.php?mode=register&sid=37ee0763ea19c879d613cbb1a4278137

Or what ever the link is.

Otherwise, the skin is good
