Start by hiring an artist to design you a new logo. Screen resolution is way too big also. Besides that looks clean and well maintained, I guess.

Takes a long time to show up and then loads very slow (most likely because of the size of your 'thumbs').

130KB (or more) is just too much for a thumb.
