Hello! If you remember, back in 2009 and 2010, there was a directory of links called katz.cd. Based on that concept, I have created a new site that is currently in the testing stage. I would appreciate your review and feedback on it.

It is not a paid service; you need to backlink to the site. Without backlinks, you cannot submit your links.
