The theme is simply too broad.
It`s WP, I can see that, but even a WP site can look better than this.

If I'm picking a hositng, my first concern is - who is behind all of this.
Is it a company with great support who can come in at any time and answer all of my stupid quesitons?
Or is it just a one-man show, which runs into problems every time the owner decides to take a vacation. Or go to sleep. Or whatnot.

Here it seems to me that it`s a one man show, as the word "we" is used hundreds of time, yet no pictures of employees or from your offices, nothing tangible.
