Restore Backup iN Wordpress [HELP NEED]

i need help to restore backup in wordpress .... somehow i did something wrong in Cpanel ... luckly i have backup ... i want to restore back up

just created new cpanel so PLZ

can any1 tell me how to restore files, post, images from backup?

i need step by step Tutorials and Guides
