I need some rank images for http://bayw.org

Administrators, Global moderators, Moderators, Uploader, V.I.P, different background colour per rank, eg Admin red.

Registered user/Member ranks needs to be progressive, eg. more stars or background sliding across? as post count goes up.

this sort of style looks ok, but not professional and not clean enough.

And a default Avatar for members that haven't chosen one using the site logo
