Whitehat Refferam Spam Bot ?

Hello. Overnight i saw a very weird thing, my site is getting on google analitycs over 50-100 users as referal which is impossible.. Example: http://prntscr.com/o5zo7y
I tried to block via nginx but does not work, what do you think should I do in this case?
