I wants to start a web hosting company, but I don't have time this, so I sell it.
I already buy design & domain, but again I don't have enough time.

So obviously an empty company with no customers. In fact not a company at all ... just a domain name and a template.

Buy it in May for a couple of dollars and sell it in August for US$60. Hmmm ...

It's custom made design, and it costs me more then 60$.

Also, all you need to run this company is buy reseller and start to sell your services.

The design is isn't custom made just google for the design.
If you paid for customizing that then you may have got cheated.
