my site is slow :'( so i need any tips i can to fix it personally i like it, but what cn i do to improve how do you think it is?

Check your source, you might have some malicious javascript running maybe.
No your site speed are good, it is not host related.
Some modification slow the page loading, avoid modification add a lot of sql queries.
You can do a better HTML code, instead of that guest massage and also for who validate.
If you have PSD of that red cross, try to save as PNG and the white circle around it will disappear.

Sometimes you find Nod32 blocks warez-bb, I don't think because it has a virus but because it mostly downloaded cracked there.^_^
