We do have the best config servers in WJ. However not being able to provide quick service is holding us back. I am thinking of hiring a support guy which will be able to, you know, fix the small problems like software update etc

It seems that your support is not so responsive? I have submitted a ticket yesterday and still no answer today. When can I expect my queries to be answered?
Also, all of the agent of RDP Planet that I have added in MSN is not coming online for a few days now. What's happening with you guys?
