Other RDP to run 3 original SEO software

Hi

I am looking for a cheap and reliable RDP to run 3 software - GSA SER, GSA SEO Indexer and Captcha Sniper/GSA Captcha Breaker. I do not need the admin rights other than when the software get updated. So, basically if you can give me admin on just these 3 software, it should be fine.
