RDP Problem - You click On Item Respond after few seconds

Hello, since few days I got problem with my RDP. When I click on items it doesnt respond automaticly but after few seconds, the same happens in browsers. Its not posible to rar, unrar files and rest its almost usefull bacuse sometimes it stopes working at all. I wrote ticket to support they replied that I should use ccleaner, I did but it doesnt help.
Any sugestion?

Tried to use this command in cmd

tracert your-RDP-IP

and crytaldiskinfo to get IO of your drive. After, paste your result here

These problem occurs when there is a high resource usages on the server. You are running windows on a VPS.
can you share the VPS configuration here ?
