I am using windows VPS RDP. I used it for download from private trackers and upload to hotfile. I get gr8 speed I really like speed. Uploading on HF is 250-300 mbps with 1 gbps port. Right now paying 60$ per month. RAR/Unrar fast. Now hosting company said for torrenting I need dedicated they wont allow it on VPS from now. So I want a plan suitable for me around 60-70$ budget, good dedicated download/upload and no freezing issue. RAR/Unrar fastest. I continously seed the torrent to manage ratio too

Snow, I do not want to rip you off, so ill be honest. if you want good torrenting speeds, you are most welcome with us, but we are offshore and hotfile is about the only host you will get bad speeds from with us. therefor i recommend you take a look at levacs rdps. they are onshore and very fast.
