RDP Ban for accessing from different IP

I have a uploader friend who live in a different country. He paid that rdp. I only asked to use his rdp for small task untill he is free completely. Is rdp provider banned that rdp account for this reason.

If it states no sharing in there TOS then there isn't much you can do, he could try saying he uses VPNs so his IP changes.
