I have ordered the UK Basic RDA. Let`s see how it works.

Can i Upload Public Torrents with this Plan, or would be the Netherlands better for this? And what do you mean with "Encoding"? May i unrar .zip Files with the UK Basic RDA?

We allow downloading from public torrent but not seeding back. Encoding = Converting video files which take heavy CPU usage. Yes you can unrar/unzip in UK Basic RDA.

Anyone who is on this RDP 95.2*.*.201 can login to their account? Because RDP is online but i can't login (wrong password or maybe there is no user on RDP with my login information). I am writing here just to know if it is only my problem or everybody who are on this RDP, because they do not answer on my tickets

One of our server (95.XXX.XXX.201) suddenly died on us out of blue and we worked constantly 3 days to resolve it and manage to bring the server up without losing anyone's data. We couldn't reply tickets for the very same reason but we did send an email to all clients on the day it went down and also requested not to open any support ticket because we won't be able to reply.

The server is up and running from sometime now and I am really shocked that no one but one client has confirmed same whereas when it was down even after getting informed clients flooded our thread. Partial reason for that was maybe some of them are not our clients and posting bad replied in our thread just to bad name us.

I would like to request all of our clients to kindly PM me in case of any emergency with your problem and service details, I assure you it will help us resolve the issue much quicker. Still if you are stubborn and have to reply in thread then kindly include your ticket ID or service details in reply so we can track you else your reply will be considered as a free bump.

Why don't you answer me? The customer service of RDA heaven is POOR. I may have to find a new RDP provider.

The problem is not still solved for 3 days ago. If you cannot provide me any RDP, please refund me with the full money back.
