Ok here is my review after using the NL service for a week.
Download: Excellent around 70-90 MBPS regularly : 10/10
Upload: Excellent Speeds from 70-80 as well . 10/10
Support: Live support is great and friendly. ticket reply is also very fast mostly within 15 minutes. 10/10

I would surely recommend there Netherlands service to anybody who is looking for a the ultimate RDP solution.
