purchaced few days ago one eu-150 plan for a month.
fast responce, got account details in less than 5 minutes from the time of purchace.

while my work started we had some issues (fine tuning basically).
we discussed, got things solved and things looks fine.

edit:
in a few days i'll give another more detailed feedback.
