Rate my skin (again)

Well I started messing with it again, need some feedback, will post a small version since the original is way too big because I'm barley starting to design skins and I'm a noob :P Will post it if you want.

I don't see how it looks like T1D skin? Dominic uses a lot of scan lines on his skin which I refrain from doing. Seems like every skin anyone does here is being compared to T1D just by a little simple aspect. I did not look at any T1D Skin for my design, I did designed this template when my internet wasn't working so I didn't see them at all. I'll see if I cna get it coded once I resize the propeotions.

You can change them GF I merely just added them to fill in the post icons.
