Q: Will there a support?
A: Yes, there is Skype Support, i will be for you 24/7.
Q: Is this server managed or unmanaged?
A: All offers are unmanaged, for extra managed services, we can charge extra 20 EUR per server.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We are a video hosting provider from www.rapidvideo.com, i am working since 2008, we just decided to start selling streaming-optimized servers too.
Q: When does the bandwidth billing stats reset?
A: Bandwidth is reset on every 1. of month.
Q: Do you allow adult content?
A: Yes, we allow legal adult content on our servers, as long the viewer's country allows it.
Q: Do you allow VPN & proxies on your server?
A: Yes, you we allow VPN & proxies on our servers.
Q: But what about the DMCA?
A: We give the customer to process the DMCA Notifications within 24h, in case of very serious breach, we will speak to you to remedy it and we have the right to terminate your account.
Q: What methods do you accept for payment?
A: Currently we accept PayPal, Payoneer, Bitcoin, Etherneum, also bank transfer.
