When the newly uploaded video is encoded, some videos are only 1080P, some videos are only 480P, and some videos have no quality at all.

Yes.

Encoding not working and can't be played for remotely uploaded videos.
Please fix it.

Correction: Encoding is working, but is slow.

Yep, videos without quality options cant be played.
Happens to half of my videos. I asked them about it and they told me my videos are broken or incomplete.
Btw. same videos are being encoded perfectly fine on other hosters.
What a joke.
