Because of Payoneer regulations, Bitcoin fees, lesser work for us etc, there is many reason why a mininum of 50$ is good for all.

One US ISP has hijacked and stolen one of our IP range address space, we are working on it to bring one part of our servers back online, atm. Our affected servers were suddenly not reachable and any attempts to connect to these IPs will routed via the US instead, so our 100 Gbit/s of Bandwidth went offline for the short time.

All Bitcoins payments are really processing at the moment.

i see other user can request payout when they have 20$
 
Thanks, we will check it again, i can see, someone have requested one payment in payoneer under 50$. Unforuately that is not possible and i refund it.

I hope it will be better for you
therefore, the reactivation of the remote download will still fall behind ?

If your status is refunded due to mistyping payment infos, please request it again to re-send the payment.

May I ask, how often are payoneer payment being done? Once per week, every 15 days or once per month?
