If you are a bad user and use too much storage, we have to decline your request. And no, the rewards from RapidVideo is valid and in Raptu the min payout request is 5$.
By the way, Poland was selected as testing country for our budget infrastructure, so the earning rates may vary during the testing phase, but we try good as possible.

why is minimum payout $50
Its 20$ now.
We count only real video starts, not page views. Once a video starts, a count is happened.
updates on rapidvideo:
- server configs updated, no more ip restriction for video access anymore, before, it was problematic for 0.1% of users, when they sit behind NAT with changing ipv4/ipv6 on every access.
- jwplayer updated, fullscreen hide mouse cursor and hotkeys works now, due to bug fixed
- download works with filenames too instead of crypted filenames.
- we got 33% more capacity for bandwidth now... (total around 170 GBps unshared capacity)
- all btc payouts paid
- all paypal payouts paid
shortly, we process all webmoney and payoneer payouts soon, too. (within 24h)

There is no such eth payout open in RapidVideo. In Raptu, the payouts are made with lesser pirority, due $ to € conversion loss and longer time to collect money from ad networks to prepare payouts for users, but we will still doing payout.
