encoding dont work 720 and 360 both dont work or sametime it take more than 24h

Then you are one of the users with lower pirority, maybe, but i can see the queue is cleared soon.

Everything is under heavy load, too many requests from users at the same time and we ordered new servers and waiting for them, etc.

We are receiving 100k files daily and we are short on encoding servers, new servers was already ordered and not arrived yet, besides that, there is many users who send 10k's of files at the same time. This need to be piroritzed until the new encoding servers are online.
