someone here can tell me if he receives emails from deleted files or if I'm the only one to receive anything?

we asked many users to include URLs with problems in message, but they did not. So please send your URL via PM. We can't check 20K videos every day

Wanted to say that I think you're HD quality is one of the best. But what I noticed is that I get super low views with your host and I find that strange because like I said the quality is super. So I talked to some other site owners that tried your host out and just like me said that they did not get high numbers. Now maybe you have a ton of users that make 1000$/minute, but all I can say is the fact that although you have one of the best streaming services it's hard to get views.

All users are happy with us, i see no issues.

Now i ask the users of you, what do you wish which Payment options to be added? We have Paxum and Payeer in mind.
 
Of the four, only one video playback. Video will not play.

I have understood. It is impossible to add the "Description".
Has removed the "Description" - video began to be played.
"Description" is added to the file name and the name can be very long - video is not played.

I twice sent links to support. You did't answer. I figured out the problem.
 
Didnt got any mails about it, sorry. If you use the "no encode" option, you must match your videos below 700 kb/s - 1 MB/s speed and the codec must be in h264, otherwhise it won't play.
 
This is the second time that I tried to make payment. This time with the my other card, and I still get the same error. Everything is fine with my cards, something is wrong with the payment system.

Video not working in samsung device

Hi, admin,

I use my samsung device to play on the video which i uploaded it's appear [Error loading media: File could not be played.]
I tried in different samsung device , all came out this issue.
But i tried in Apple IOS or Windows PC it's work fine.

Please help to fix these.
 
We are expericering speed issues with our server ISP in the evenings, it will resolve within 24-48 hrs. Because if the video is not loading properly, the views counts may decrease a bit. It will improved back like before if everything is OK again.
