i upload around 20-30 vids per day but still encoding not fast, and i have daily 1.5k views, increasing views daily

Fixed.
Things are bit better, but not all videos is done.
To solve the problems fast and easy, i have to rent much many servers like a crazy guy...

Site is scam as i thought i request my payment on 05.08.2016 20,04$ in bitcoin which i earn from my website.After 3 days i ask about earning on wjunction in pm and i get answer from rapidvideo:I know that already. in paypal is faster.. After 5 days i send pm When can I expect to receive my payment? and why bitcoin payment process is slow! Rapidvideo:Because i can't convert paypal to BTC. i next msg i give him my paypal and then i get the my answer rapidvideo:repeat what i said, rapidvideo is focused on quality and not cares about user earnings.
If you was for earning, then you chose the wrong host.Then after few new msg i get banned for fake views pretty decent.

You generated 20$ but the Google Analticys of RapidVideo and your daily traffic and hourly stats is telling me a different story, here i show you:
Your personal account at RapidVideo shows:
But I see that, you have "spikes" and doesn't have uniformly and steady traffic, which I suspecting you are sending fake traffic... A closer details at your traffic sources, that you doesn't have mostly referer. And then i checked your site in internal Google Analticys stats, to see if you are sending true traffic, which appear it doesn't.
As you can see, Google Analticys has counted only 1.052 hits over the total time course....
Today, you begged me via PM to pay you instant and now out, which I declined, because i was watching at your account closely. Which appear that you stopped sending traffic from 5 days ago, which confirms, you have only fake traffic.
So stop screaming that we are a scam host, in the end, you are the one who is scamming us and damaging our other user's earning.
Most ad networks pays 30 - 60 days after the earnings is made, so i don't understand why you cannot wait for payment, its clearly written in our rules, that takes up to 1 week sometimes. And this have a reason, why the rule exists.

AHHAH nice nice my site is down because i build full-responsive website and because of that your statistic show no views this days but never mind i send you a note right after i make payment request .And i have 1052 views in google which means i have embended 12 videos on 2 pages if one user just click on frist or second page i get 24 views now you calculate 1052*24 per ip is possible that i earn 20$ yes of course it is but okay my opinion is different.Just you can say in early beginning that my account is scam .

Like i said via PM, your account is banned because of the rule:
"Attempting to gain revenue using unethical methods, for example such things as spamming, fake traffic, etc, this will result in earnings forfeited or an account ban."
The ranks are calucated: (total hits/ total files number) ratio * average country's weight (example US = 5, Brazil and Turkey = 2, rest 1). This will result in points, how worth one user is.
So if someone is uploading so much videos, but not generating views, he stay in Bronze at first until he gathered enough views to gain next rank.

Guy he can not fix remote upload links that do redirects to direct links, some hosts do not have a problem with that, I write here because I wants inform others, he can not fix simple problems. He doesn't want to answer to my problem for PM. Now you probably rapidvideo sees what I wrote. I use openload and videomega but rapidvideo has too many defects. FOR NOW.
And i dont want fix it at this moment, because the users want to flood rapidvideo with 1000's of files that the encodings server cannot convert all at once.
Even right now, im still busy maintaining the encodings and monitoring the service, etc. So i dont have a single hand left for coding.

From today, it has already a limit of 200 videos per day maxinum, premium users doesn't have this limit.
Please note, this service is only 2 weeks here and is still optimizing perfomance and scripts.

Try again, i changed the server configuration.
But keep in mind, everyone has a upload limit of 200 vids per 24hrs. If one user reached that, the script won't accept new videos.
