They could increase the payment rates for Spain, they are very low, I liked this server before, but not anymore, sadly it is very low compared to the others

I just checked some movies does not work for a long time and get notified
"We are sorry!
We can't find the file you are looking for.
It maybe got deleted by the owner or was removed due a copyright violation."
So, the movies were deleted because there were no views for a long time?
And a problem. All my movies after encoding are all the same size 2GB ( original file are mkv format, 1080p and file size > 10GB)
if I upgrade Premium Account
Can I solve the above problems?

We always encode all videos.
Thats right, the videos will deleted if no views for long time. Premium Account prevents this.
Its lesser than 1%, those who are really unlucky
I know but I found a website use rapidvideo and I compare the same movie "avengers infinity war"
I use original file "Avengers.Infinity.War.2018.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-DON.mkv" ( file size 17GB ) . After encode my file 2.25GB
At the site I found file size is 3.5GB . I do not understand at this point . Are they using the original file bigger than my file to encode?
I always want the best quality to the viewer. The larger the size, the higher the quality
Like i said, we re-compress all videos into reasonable sizes while preserving good quality.
Maybe failed encoding?
