Rapidshare Sucks Hard

They Blocked my premium account I bought from them in Sept 2009. The message I could see was
"Fraud detected, Account XXXXXX: This Account has been locked by our Abuse-Team"

I mailed them, we communicated for some good amount of mails & at last they said was

"we had to close the Premium Account, because it was purchased through an unauthorized channel."

I mailed back them that it was bought from rapidshare.com itself & not created through Points or something. & they replied.

"For more information, please see the link below:
http://rapidshare.com/agb.html"

I mailed again that I can not find anything related to my Transaction. I have bought from Rapidshare.com so their is no concept of Unauthorised channel but I havent Got reply then after. I am really horrified with this behaviour. I got around 1L Points & more than 700 GB data. I am really sad. And I have to say is.

FUCK RS.

I cant really ignore RS cause it is needed everywhere but I would try to minimize its use.

Note : Never ever Buy an Acc from RS. They suck. Its waste of Money when they close ur acc for anything that is idiotic.

I'm sorry to hear this happened, but I guess there's nothing we can do but change from RS to an alternate service.

I suggest every uploader to consider Megaupload as a second mirror as they're a company who have been here almost as long as RS, but have never caused any problems to uploaders except handle DMCA reports fairly (which every service has to abide by), unfortunately it's only something I can suggest as I don't upload anymore.
 
Yeah I do sell RS acs but I havent sold from a long from my own ac. I sold from my another RS ac or reselled ac by buying from others.

well i did from my account and they banned it :(...
I have created a thread here as well about it...

I Emailed Rs and they said

"we had to close the Premium Account, because it was purchased through an unauthorized channel."


I gave them the proof that it was Generated from my own collector account and you people can see the logs..

Their reply was
"You are account was closed due to Illegal activities "

I gave them every abuse that I knew but they were stuck on the same point.. Lol..

and after the expiration date of that account they deleted my 350GB+ files

200K free Points and lots of premium as well :(
 
Did you send them the Paypal transaction number ... that helped in a previous case of mine ....

Still lucky, have sold numerous accounts, but still none was banned.
 
They also closed My account,Tried to contact them many times, But They said:

We're sorry,Closed Accounts can not be activated again

So i start new collector account ..!!
