actually, unless all the 37TB is your original content and not posted anywhere else on another rapidshare account, they are making something from your files.
If they files are taken from somewhere else, chances are that somebody else are also posting them on rapidshare.
When the hash and file size is identical for a file, they'll assume it's the same content regardless of file name. So, you're not really consuming yourself personally all that space but anyone else who also has shared the same file, they'll all just point to the same.
However, if everything is indeed your original content and not posted elsewhere on rapidshare, I don't think they really mind that you're using TBs of space. They'll probably check out account for what kind of files they might be and I'm sure if anything out of the order will be taken care of accordingly.

well I have an account with over 40TB
it's about 4 months old
ive never posted anything from it (though I have given some of the links to people that asked me for reUps (PMs)
I never do any downloading from it other then threw RS's own programs
it's still active
ive had 3-4 accounts deleted for DMCA
10-15 for the way IDM connects to there servers
