hi, i have rapidleech host account with this configuration:
20 GB HDD
Unmetered BW
cPanel & FTP
100 Mbps Port
RAR/UNRAR Support

The download speed is always beetween 35 kbps and 50 kbps. Is normal?

Fileserve premium account.

Doesnt matter where is it located but yeh, my home connection is based on 2mbps line & I`m getting 60 kbps static.

Ask your service provider for the same.
 
It doesn't matter if the server is located in USA, Netherlands, Germany, or any other location. You're always going to see slow speeds with fileserve or any other file hosting provider half of the slow speeds are normally caused by network issue at the file hosting provider mostly this all depends on how the network at the file provider responds to the network at your rapidleech provider servers or your vps server.
 
Never had such speeds with FileServe, always around 3000kb/s for me (download) upload (as much as possible: 100MBit/s+)

Try downloading from another host, or a test file...
 
I haven't a vps. Only an account on rapidleechost.
- My home connection : 7 mbps
- If I download directly from FileServe without rapidleech: 500-700 kbps
- If I download a fileserve file from my rapidleech account, have an average down speed 50 kbps.
- If i upload from my rapidleech account to my fileserve account : 1500-3000 kbps.

Why upload is rapid and the down is so slow? maybe the problem is RapidLeech host, and not FileServe.
