RDP...you can upload to any host, and mostly faster than with rapidleech. It's easier to configure things with an rdp. But the expenses of an rdp is more than a rapidleech.

If you are doing very basic low uploading, use rapidleech. That is to only a few decent hosts.
Otherwise go for RDP for the better

rapidleech is nothing more then a php script to transfer files between filehosts and servers
rdp is basically using windows with a ridiculously fast connection and you can install all program you want/do anything
rdp can do 10x what rapidleech can do

Most companies don't allow rapidleech. But you can get RDP from most of the hosting companies and you do get better speeds from RDP
