rapidleech not working

yo guys, got a problem.

so my rapidleech aint working on ubuntu 13.10 , its kinda weird the config and files folder got 'chmoded 777 but when I open the url... /rapidleech I just get a blank page saying:

Downloading $LINK

and MUCH more

any hint?

re-install the rapidleech. it may help

lul, I solved it already and no reinstalling doesnt help because "reinstalling" is just copying files.
