rapidleech IP not permissioned

hello, how do I fix this problem, hosts/download/hotfile_com.php is not permissioned for {IP ADDRESS}

I already did google but nothing gained. please help'

I don't know about that license.. is it needed for?.. my host installed it for me.

Happens when you don't have a RL licence, which I thought you had. You'll have to use the older, free version.

Are you using rapidleechhost script?

the rl/plugins which you are using will only work on RLH servers.
