I added a rapidshare avg. I don't have premium accounts for all those websites, but if you want you can go ahead and request a test account and test them yourself.

If Hotfile is banned, it sees every premium account as a free account. So as a free user you can still download (at reduced speeds of course).

It's a misunderstanding that if HF banned the IP no download can be made.
