If file counting starts fine it mean that will be count good and possible sales?

And can i choose server just uploading in ftp way, or maybe some... in web way?

its just ur shear luck to get downloads bz people saying pr15 and 27 worst and i have made 5 sales from those server while some servers people saying good i havent made a single sales or download from them . So i think it is according to downloader country for some countries some server working and for some others . So think b4 u choose ur ftp server to upload according to ur targetted traffic thats what i am doing now
