Agreed, NRG is still better than NL-Mike. )i think getting out of the shaddow of filesonic and fileserve support would give you a better understand of the support of any file host nowadays.
we get used to good support in the past because there are a lot of good competition,but not now. so don't expect good support these days.
Just got 1 rebill today, how about the old rebills during the downtime?
