I think limit depends on passport type only, with formal or alias passport the limit is $600 (not 450, i misread it)

Im still waiting for Payza, for a verified person limits are much higher, here is the answer from advisor:

The bank transfer limits for a verified account are per transaction.

Bank transfer deposit: $5000.00USD
Bank transfer withdrawal 50 000.00USD

And for becoming a verified person at Payza I hadnt upload any documents, just needed to verify it by testing deposit to payza works or not from my bank account.
