After many tests:

Speed is slow on API and Webupload, but on z-o-o-o-m/any program you use to upload on "rapidgator.net" (not [api]) it is fast; when it is slow you just need to click "Abort" and "Reupload selected file(s)" to get full speed.

Try it.
