You dont need to request payment on rapidgator. All you need is manage option "Payout on Thursday" (Profile->Modify account settings->Payout Detalis)

They do auto payout , no need to make a request

Yes Paypal is available as a payment , but it would take much longer time than other options like: BTC/WMZ
so you need wait more longer
just view some older pages of this thread, you will see users, those were using PP as a payment
