Added after 15 minutes:

This is new to me.My premium expired yesterday and when i try to pay for one more month from my balance i'm getting a message that premium not found .Any ideas how to proceed?:thinking:

Now Im kinda lost and confused :(

My problem is that:
My balance is 20USD and I wanna use my blance to extend my premium account keeping on the package "1TB/6TB storage" as usual (I dont want my precious data lost.... And I remember that this package mentions that Files will not be deleted??? This is the reason I always chose this option)

But sadly, all I can see today below the "Balance bar" is just only one option :(
"Buy PREMIUM (1 TB/unlimited*) for 30 days - $14.99
*Files will be deleted after 60 days since last download"

I dont understand and I really need some explanations/clarifications from all you ....... Is there any change of Rapidgator policies??? Actually I have not used this account to upload for some months.... I don't know if there was any change over the past time??

Anw, is there anybody here that still see the premium option: 1TB bandwidth/6TB storage as usual.
I wanna extend premium by balance choosing that option but it seems to be no longer available ......

Its easy. When some person bought premium on RG in the past they authorize RG to charge him every month for 12,99$. RG cant start taking more from old users without permission. So RG have two options: 1. cancel all recurding transactions and force people to buy premium with new price again. 2. take from old members still only 12,99.

And they choose second option.
