It's very bad month!
Sales have dropped, rebills almost gone and every days 400-500 files deleted with no really reason :facepalm::cursing:

So I extended my premium account by mistake using my balance, sent them a ticket since 4 days there was no answers !!
Do you think i should write them another ticket or wait for 1 or 2 more days ?
PS: This is not the 2st time that mistake happened to me but the 1st time they sorted it out !
