Maybe there was some fraud transactions in that week, it's possible, specially if you saying that this was one of the best weeks.
I just guessing, submit ticket to RG support - Department - Partners and ask about that week.
That way you will only know correct problem. Here, we can only guessing what's wrong, since this is not RG's official thread.
