@tempsky thanks bro for giving us the info. guess you are the only lucky guy here who gets responded by a real support not robot.

can you reply to them when do we expect the sales to be normal and are they doing anything to fix the those merchant accounts?

Thanks for sharing this info! They have been lying to me three times saying that everything is ok with their merchants - but the truth was quite opposite :(
 
After not getting a single sale last week from Mo to Fri I write to them stating that this is ridiculous and to answer me if I'm willing to prolong my prem acc which was ending on Sat;
They replied that if I want to cancel my subscription it's mine duty to do it in settings, blah blah blah shit...

Then first time in my RG history they started deleting my files like crazy (copy. infrig. my ass) + I was unable to choose 3m 8/12TB plan coz it was removed (for me only?) and had to remove manually some of my files
to get down to 6TB;

Ok I prolonged my prem acc 3m 25$ (mysteriously on Sat and Sun 1 reb appear + 12,5$ from mine file purchase prolongation);
Yesterday 1 reb, today again 0 + 237 files deleted...

They are funny (real clowns) don't you think?

guys i need to opt for the virtual card payout option. i just fill in my details n then what will they mail me a plastic card? or is it just that they will mail me a link? mail a link to bind my existing cc/debit card? if anyone is already using a virtual card please do lemme know how this things work n what do i need to do. emailing rg is like USELESS, n almost everyone will agree to that. i have filled in my details n just waiting to change the pause payout to payout on thursday. thanks in advance :)
