Sold premium accounts

Rebill premium

The first time someone purchases a new premium account it is listed in the SOLD PREMIUM ACCOUNTS category.
When they renew an existing premium account, it is listed in the REBILL category.

As an example, if someone buys a new monthly premium account in July, it'll be listed in the SOLD column.
When they get rebelled in August, it'll be listed in the REBILL column.
