RG Now Bad for Uploader

Last few days on RG I am getting message:

You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 15 GB per 1 day(s)

and I didnt downloaded almost anything, no one knows my pass, and I was changing pass everyday last few days so it can not be hacked. Also I dont have any virus/keylogger for sure.

Did anyone had same problem maybe?

Its possible to buy 10tb storage data from earning counter? I have 40$ but still i can buy only unilimited storage, if i will but it unilimited storage rg will delete my files, i dont want it...

^ Do you have more than 10Tb in your account? Support told me you need to manually delete the files till you are less than 10Tb to see the relevant options.

RG did't count all download you can see on this images click on my files> then you will see all recently downloaded files on top but few counted mostly not counted you guys check you statistics specially mirror host and you will see other host like 300dl and RG only have 70 to 90 DL from last few days i was monitor this from RG and today i got proof RG did't count all download i am sure about that because i download my 3 file from my office but counting 0 guys check this and comments this happen only with me ? or any one else
