^Yes that is possible. Click My Account->Profile. Scroll down to the Bottom and you can see the Pay with Balance option.

Help me. I have a problem with pause payout

First, I'm newbie.

My Premium account was automatically rebilled twice with credit card

I tried to stop automatic payment, so I did this way
My Account → Profile tab → Modify account settings → Payment data → Payout - pause payout → Save

But It rebilled again today.

What shoud I do?
Please inform me of stopping automatic payment with credit card in detail.

You have done it all wrong.
Go to Modify Account Settings>Other and uncheck this option:

Subscribe to a recurring payment

Enter your pass, enter the image code and then click save.
