No doubt that webmoney is more secure then Paypal and Payza.But very complicated and that downside is keeping normal internet users away from it.Another thing they have very limited options of withdrawal and most of the users need exchangers...

On bank account yes minimum is $100, but If you have any card registred at your WM account.
you may withdraw lower amount than $100. When you withdraw money to CC commision is $8 and 0,8%.
