I just got a 2.9970$ rebill which is 23%. The last rebills I got before this one were always 3.8970$ (30%).

2.997 because the customer that rebilled is an old customer that still has the 9.99 rebill plan that he/she agreed to before RG increased the price. $9.99x0.3= 2.997
