- With a free account your file will be deleted 30 days after the last download.
- With a premium account i have no idea but your file will be delete for sure if it is not downloaded no matter their T.O.S claim that your file will be active as long as you have a premium account, they are just lying just like Uploaded.

Check this video it is a proof that RG is a scammer company, they must sell premium account on file that is not even in their system. What a Scam!!!!!! I am aware of that RG scam since a long time, i am just glad that somebody expose it on a video.

Btw ,this is video showing how RG delete your files with fake reason "Copyright infringement"

When file is little old and rarely downloaded and someone come to download it,then file is instantly deleted after the click download button.
(when file is deleted rebill is also deleted)

@Roman- check the requested date of your payout on your account. You have to wait atleast a month to finally get paid as per new rule by rg staff.
