I don't go to the my account page anymore cuz its just disappointing

What I think is rebills work like this:
a user is trying to download his file but the premium expires that same day and he re-charge his account with that link then the payment goes shows as rebill.
or else RG knows :p
Because I got a rebill for a file which is not get downloaded a single time in its history lol

RG support explains this kind of rebill (rebill from new file):
Maybe the original file that made the sale got deleted, but we still get the rebill from that customer by replacing the original file with the new file

How can we copy other uploader file in RG?

Added after 4 minutes:
I upgrade to prem and when i open file link i got the word Copy to my files under the download button, I click it but nothing happen!!!!
I use IE as firefox can not open this site normally and i do not know why? so any way to fix it or I make anything wrong?

For copycats like you there's nice option called "disable copy to my files" in "My account/profile" menu! Only fools left this option available for lazy people! So keep on clicking "copy to my files" until you find an account where someone forgot to disable this function.

whatever they do or not, at least i hope that they don't shave much more than UL
i still use UL although i'm sure that they shave tons of sales ! but for me they're the best filehost !
btw, RG ref system based on FileID or signups ?
i mean i get credit if a use signup from my files, or he must be registered under my ref like ryushare ?
in premium page, it says "1 TB bandwidth " this is for both upload/download or only download ?

December is normally a big time for sales. I remember in Filesonic and Uploading we used to have lots of sales daily in the holidays period, I even remember the December 2011 promo in Filesonic where every weekend in December on every sale you get +$3 in Friday, +$4 in Saturday and +$5 in Sunday.
This year with Uploaded, and from what I hear in other filehosts like K2S and Rapidgator sales dropped in December, if it's not shaving then what is it ??
And don't say bad content, or bad uploader, I know some of the greatest and biggest uploaders since years and they share my opinion.
