Is spamming that bad already? I haven't noticed where I post, but maybe it is in other places. That the ban reason?

ive seen huge siterips leeched on many sites.now really when your only a pig that wants money you have no morals.you can copy all sites/blogs during one day if you want.all the hard workers are looking as stupid right now.i wonder if someone here who still has sales expect of blog owners between us.
